• Lead end-to-end design of Inventory Savings, an e-commerce marketplace that gives restaurant owners rebates on supplies, from product-led growth to the core shopping experience.
• Grew it from an early product discovery project into one of the company’s strategic priorities within a year, driven by strong customer acquisition.

CloudKitchensFacility management

• Design facility management tools for storage audits and storage configuration across kitchen sites.

• Co-led V1.0 UX of space management, turning manual dashboards into scalable admin workflows for seat assignment, bulk editing, and directory navigation; shipped to private preview in 07/2025.
• Designed Copilot flows where admins prompt, review a suggestion, and approve it for AI-assisted workspace planning.

• Led product vision and UX for an AI-powered mock interview platform for engineers; led 3 designers on V3.0 concepts.
• Acquired 2K+ users and won 6 international design awards, including the iF Design Award 2026 and Gold at the London Design Awards.

• Led the logged-out homepage redesign across 18 regions: +2.41% GMV (+$1.1M/yr) and +7.7% user growth.
• Increased Personal Plan subscription conversion by 13.8% through multi-touchpoint UX optimization and usability testing.
• Streamlined global checkout with a delayed account-creation flow: +1.4% paid purchase attempts.

• Led 0-to-1 design of Organizational Messages, a GA admin tool for enterprise communication now serving 10,000+ organizations.
• Contributed scalable UI and illustration components to the MADS design system, within platform and accessibility constraints.
